RaSheema Thomas’ main responsibility with Downline is leading the Urban Track. The track is designed to give Emerging Leaders training, practical experience, and exposure to various components of urban ministry for them to change the community they are invested in, and ultimately the world, for Christ. She graduated from the University of Nebraska—Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in Family Science and a master’s degree in Youth Development. Before moving to Memphis, RaSheema worked as the Community Learning Center (CLC) Site Supervisor at Central Park Elementary and served as a youth leader at her church. She currently works for Eikon Ministries. She feels honored to have the opportunity to serve alongside of a group of people who are fully committed to raising the next generation of leaders as we focus on evangelism and discipleship. She has also had the privilege to travel with Eikon to train in several countries throughout Africa and Asia. RaSheema is married to her best friend, Jeremy. They have one son, Jeremiah, who is their greatest passion outside of Jesus Christ.
